The replaceable discs of multi-part sprocket wheels are highly wear-resistant. The wheel hub comes ready to be installed - drilled and grooved for perfect fit. The teeth of the replaceable, split sprocket discs are made of highly wear-resistant case-hardened cast steel. The multi-part sprocket properties allow use under heavy-duty operating conditions
RUD sprocket wheel with replaceable individual teeth
The reversing wheel / Sprocket wheel for the System 65 for bucket elevators has interchangeable single teeth made of MnCr-special steel. For best possible wear protection, the teeth are highly wear-resistant. Hub and secondary sheaves are welded construction.

THE CHAIN WEAR IS COMPENSATED FOR BY USING A NEW TOOTH SEGMENT WITH LARGER TOOTH FLANK. Tooth discs and individual teeth, optimally adapted to the proportional chain extension given at the time of replacement. The RUD multi-part pocket wheels have interchangeable, highly wear-resistant pocket discs, a ready-to-fit, drilled and grooved wheel hub and toothing with interchangeable, split pocket discs made of highly wear-resistant case-hardened cast steel. The pocket wheel is therefore ideal for use under heavy-duty operating conditions.

RUD drive wheels for forked-link chain FORKY
Drive wheels for forked-link chain FORKY have a longer service life, because the tooth flanks are inductively hardened. Due to the multi-part design of the wheels, the toothed segment can be better replaced. Due to the multi-part design of the wheels, the toothed segment can be better replaced.
